Cook Library’s Amazon Wish List Wallet Card received a Best of Show award at the 2012 PR Xchange awards that were held at the American Library Association (ALA) Conference in Anaheim, California in June.  These awards are given annually by the Public Relations & Marketing Section of the Library Leadership & Management Association of ALA.

The publication received this honor in the Fundraising – Print Division for libraries with operating budgets between $6 and $20 million.

Librarian Joyce Garczynski developed the idea for this wallet card, drafted the text, and worked with the staff of Towson University’s Design Center in summer 2011 to create the publication.
