Cook Library Book Club: Maus

Friday, April 29, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

In honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Cook Library Book Club will discuss Maus I: A Survivor’s Tale: My Father Bleeds History by Art Spiegelman.

The meeting begins with Valerie Thaler, Assistant Professor of History providing background on this comic book about surviving the Holocaust. This is followed by Librarian Joyce Garczynski who will lead attendees in a discussion about the book.

Light refreshments will be served.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the University Store.
