Start-Up Money Smart! Financial Literacy for Start-Ups

Have you ever wondered whether you—yes, you—could be an entrepreneur? What does it really take to start and run your own business?  Where does the drive, talent, and, especially, the money come from? Learn about the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship from our panel of small business owners, graduates of Towson’s business incubator, TowsonGlobal:

  • Peter Kojesta (TU ’03) of Exis, a game content/media and art outsourcing company, will address boot strapping
  • Samuel Demisse of Keffa Coffee, importer of specialty-grade Ethiopian coffee, will address bank loans
  • Adam Nepp (TU ‘01) of NeWo Technologies, an engineering and product development firm, will address angel/venture capital investments.
