World War I Poetry Open Mic Event
Wednesday, March 4th
3rd Floor Lobby, Cook Library


Read your own poetry inspired by World War I themes (such as modernism, propaganda, destruction, illness & disease, political change, or remembrance) or read a famous poem from that era.

Contact Librarian Joyce Garczynski at or 410-704-5168 to reserve a 5-minute reading time. During your slot you will say a little bit about what inspired you to pick/write your poem and read the work. If you are reading your own poetry, please send your work to Joyce Garczynski no later than March 1st.
