“A Wizard of Earthsea” Cook Library Book Club
Wednesday, March 11th
12:30pm-1:30pm
Cook Library, RM507

 

The discussion will begin with Shelly Huggins, Department of Educational Technology and Literacy, providing her perspective on LeGuin’s classic fantasy of a young sorcerer, his hunger for knowledge and power, and the battle to keep the earth in balance. Then Librarian Laksamee Putnam will facilitate a discussion about the book. Free copies of “A Wizard of Earthsea” will be available and light refreshments will be served.
